OnSight

For Retailers

Understand your store beyond transactions.

Transaction data tells you what sold. OnSight is designed to show what shoppers searched for, asked for and couldn’t find — and how quickly your team could respond.

01

The visibility gap

Between entering and paying — or leaving — most in-store behaviour goes unrecorded.

02

Operational intelligence

Request volume, response time and resolution, in real time and over time.

03

Customer intent

Searches, assistance requests and feedback, aggregated and anonymous.

04

Staff responsiveness

Understand workload and response across shifts and zones.

05

Product demand

Searched items, sizes and colours — including perceived availability gaps.

06

Store friction

Where shoppers wait, what they can’t find and when demand peaks.

Pilot approach

Start small. Learn fast.

  1. 01

    Define

Pick one store, one category and the questions you want answered.

  2. 02

    Deploy

Configure QR-first or hybrid access and staff workflow with agreed data.

  3. 03

    Observe

Run for an agreed period and review signals weekly.

  4. 04

    Decide

Assess what was learned and whether to expand.

Commercial approach · proposed

Built for retailers. Open to technology partners.

The final thesis proposes retailer-facing B2B SaaS: setup and integration fees, a recurring subscription and optional analytics. Spain, franchise operators and mid-size chains are proposed starting points — not existing customers.

An alternative partner-led route

The supplied technology partnership canvas explores embedding OnSight in retail technology platforms through licensing, revenue sharing and co-development. This is a commercialisation option under evaluation, not an established partnership or a replacement for the thesis model.

  • Retail technology platforms
  • System integrators
  • AI and cloud providers
  • Retail data providers
  • Device providers where relevant
  • Retail and legal / IP advisors

Before a real store pilot

  • Retailer permission and agreed catalogue / stock data access
  • Reliable refresh, stock uncertainty handling and a usable store map
  • Privacy, security and integration review
  • Staff onboarding and clear ownership of requests
  • Agreed baseline, evaluation period and success measures

Proposed pilot approach · no retail pilot results are available. Begin QR-first or hybrid, agree measures such as adoption, task completion, stock-data reliability and staff response time, then assess whether expansion is justified.

Financial models are project projections, not revenue or ROI results. No public pricing or commercial terms are final.
